About Seed in Action
Core Mission
Seed in Action's core mission is to help young athletes optimize their competition performance in sports, and education performance for college admission. We do this through our two main products - SIA Student Athlete Program and SIA Young Athlete Program.
Everything we do centered around the four SIA Operating Principles:
Operating Principle 1 - Comprehensive Services
Five-part service modules covering the full spectrum across sports and academic.
Operating Principle 2 - State-of-Art Analytics
Building, tracking, and sharing of analytic data that are Objective, Relevant, Actionable and Easily Accessible. Data points include those related to the athlete's core competitiveness and relevant to building relative advantages for optimal college placements.
Operating Principles 3 - Family-centric Approach
East student's program is specific to his/her set of circumstances, including current academic and sport performance, location preference, families' and other stakeholders' area of focus...etc.
Operating Principles 4 - Constantly Looking for Leverage Opportunities to Create Value
Steadfast focus to use leverage principle to create value. This include 1. tapping into the space where a youngster's academic and sports efforts are leveraging off each other, creating opportunities that are larger and much more expansive for our young athletes; and 2. leverage the incredible advancement happening everyday in the world of sports science and sports-tech to enable our fast track our young athlete's improvement pace.
